Shizumasa is the president of the Student Council at the Imperial Academy. He's also called "Koutei" and the heir of the super rich Touguu Group - that's also why he is the only one who has the ranking "Gold".
Shizumasa was the one who told Haine to quit being alone and live her life how she wants to. But, actually, the one who Haine gets closer to in the academy is his younger brother - Takanari Touguu.
In reality, Shizumasa is sick and thus has to stay at home, and that's why his twin Takanari plays the role as Shizumasa and lives only in his brother's shadow. At the beginning, Takanari isn't fond of Haine at all, but he soon finds his smile again through Haine- and eventually falls in love with her.

Arina has a special talent when it comes to creating characters - all of her heroines as well as sidekicks, seem real, and it's easy to realte to them. While the story line might not capture you that fast, you can be sure all the characters make up for it.
